Weekly Property Inspections:

We inspect your property once a week. The inspection will include an exterior review to analyze the condition of the landscaping, firewood supply, snow load, etc. The interior inspection consists of looking for water leaks, turning on and off faucets, flushing toilets, inspecting appliances to ensure they have been turned off, turning heat to the low or off position, starting vehicles, and ensuring that the property is left locked and secured. We even water your plants! In the event of a large snow storm or other natural occurrence, your property will be inspected within 24 hours.

Maintenance Referral Service

We make it our business to know the best vendors in town. If you need something done, let us know and we will provide a list of vendors providing the service required. With your permission, we will go ahead and take care of any maintenance items that fall within a pre-specified range at cost plus ten percent, (10%). If you would like not to be bothered with the little things, you may indicate a spending threshold for items such as replacement of small appliances, kitchen items, light bulbs, soaps, supplies, etc.

Housekeeping

All cleans are booked online and we are immediately notified by e-mail when you schedule a cleaning. Owners may request a 1 bedroom /1 bath clean (max 2 guests), a full clean, a mid-stay clean, daily cleaning or just a dust and vacuum service. Owners may make a reservation anytime, as long as the check-out date is at least 48 hours in advance. If the cleaning request is within 48 hours, the clean must called in to our office at (800) 914-1333. Maximum notice is greatly appreciated throughout the year, but especially for holidays. Cleaning rates are based on $30 per man hour. Please call for a quote. We will walk your home and give you a fair price. 300 threadcount rental linens and / or laundry services are also available. Housekeeping includes a supervisor walk-through on the date of your next check-in to ensure quality.
